CITESA has taken a strategic step by initiating the process to obtain certification under the ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems and ISO 19601 Criminal Compliance Management Systems standards, with the aim of strengthening our cybersecurity, protecting clients’ confidential information, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical regulations, thus reaffirming our commitment to transparency, integrity, and operational excellence.
Commitment to Safety, Quality and Sustainability
CITESA has renewed its SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) evaluation in September 2025, with a score of 95% in the overall audit evaluation, significantly exceeding the European average of 76%. This demonstrates our commitment to high standards in the national and international road transport sector in the petrochemical industry.
Likewise, we have achieved 100% compliance in key areas such as:

- Performance analysis and management review
- Preparedness and response to internal (on-site) and external (off-site) emergencies
